What kind of care can I receive with Home Health Services?

Home Health Services can include: Skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy,
speech therapy, medical social work, and home health aide.

How do I start the process of receiving services for my child?

The first step is to schedule a consultation with us. We will assess your child’s needs and
discuss how we can best support your family. Afterward, we’ll create a personalized care plan
and guide you through the steps of setting up services, including working with your insurance.

As a parent, can I provide care for my son or daughter?

Yes, we can provide all of the required training for you to provide care for your own child. For
parents who wish to care for their own family members, Constant Care provides all resources
for individuals who wish to become authorized by the state to meet the appropriate criteria.

Will it cost me anything to become an authorized caretaker for my own family member?

No, this will be provided at no expense to you.

Is there an income limit to provide care for my own child?

No, unlike waiver services, there is no income limit for this program.

What insurance do you accept?

Constant Care accepts all four (4) Managed Care Organizations (MCO). These include,
Keystone First CHC, AmeriHealth Caritas, UPMC, and PA Health & Wellness.

What if my child is not presently covered under any insurance?

This is not a problem. We will assist in making sure your child gets covered under an
appropriate policy and walk you through every step of the process.

Can adults be accepted into this program as well?

Yes, adults may also be accepted into the program.
